2018 Annual Meeting Event Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email, fax (856.439.0525) or postal mail (1120 Route 73, Suite 200, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054). Cancellations received by June 15, 2018, will be subject to a $100 cancellation charge. Cancellations received after June 15, 2018, will be subject to a $175 cancellation charge. No refund will be made for cancellations received after July 6, 2018. Substitutions are not allowed after July 6, 2018. Substitutions must be requested in writing via fax, mailed letter or email to INMM headquarters at firstname.lastname@example.org. No telephone cancellations please. Payment in U.S. dollars only.
