Booth Price of $1,500 includes:
- Advance annual meeting registration list
- Company identification sign
- Back wall (8’ high) and side rail (3’ high) fabric drapes
- General security
- General cleaning of aisles and exhibit floor (excluding individual booths)
- Show promotional materials
- One complimentary registration for each 10’
x 10’ exhibit space reserved (Additional
booth representative registration fees are
$200 per person.)
Set Up/Dismantle
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall
from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, July 13. All
exhibits must be installed by 5 p.m. on Sunday,
July 13, for the exhibit hall opening. Exhibits
will be dismantled on Wednesday, July 16, from
1 – 7 p.m. Packing or dismantling of exhibit
booths may not begin before 1 p.m. Wednesday,
July 16.
Official Contractor
All decorating and exhibit furniture will be
handled by the official contractor. The exhibitor
services kit outlines prices and instructions for
securing special lighting, wiring, water, gas,
telephone or other special work. The exhibitor
services kit will be mailed to exhibitors after
receipt of the enclosed exhibit space application/contract.
Conflicting Events
The Exhibitors attending the INMM Annual
Meeting will be required, as a condition of their
participation, not to sponsor conflicting events.
Conflicting events are scientific, educational or
social meetings of interest and relevance to
INMM attendees (including but not limited to
lecturers, presentations, seminars or workshops)
that are scheduled during the same time frame
encompassed by the INMM Annual Meeting. For
purposes of this policy, the relevant time frame
begins two days immediately prior to the official
opening of the INMM Annual Meeting and ends
two days after the official close of the INMM
Annual Meeting.

How to Reserve Exhibit Space
1. Study the floor plan and all materials.
2. Identify four choices for the location of your booth.
3. Complete and return the exhibit space application/contract with a $1,500 payment per booth
reserved. Checks should be made payable to the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management.
