Aaron Adair, Executive Director
Aaron reports to the INMM Executive Committee and oversees the operations of headquarters professional staff. He works with the Institute’s Bylaws, Fellows and Strategic Planning Committees and is responsible for managing new initiatives, as well as long-term financial and strategic planning. Contact Aaron regarding potential partnerships with INMM, membership feedback, and for information about the governance and strategic vision of INMM.

Administrative Director
The Administrative Director oversees the general administration of the Institute and works with various INMM committees including the Membership, Awards, Nominating, Chapter Relations, Education and Training, and Annual Meeting Technical Program Committees. She takes a role in new initiatives and long-term planning, and works with select workshop planning committees. Patricia Sullivan, Marketing Communications Director, Managing Editor, Journal of Nuclear Materials Management
Patricia is responsible for the marketing and communications initiatives of INMM including the content, design and delivery of INMM’s print, web and social media communications. Patricia also serves as JNMM’s managing editor, working with authors and editors to produce the quarterly journal. Patricia directly works with INMM’s Communications Committee and the Journal of Nuclear Materials Management Editorial Board. Lyn Maddox, Meeting and Exhibitions Director
Lyn works with INMM leaders to plan the Institute’s meetings. Her responsibilities include executing all of the logistics related to INMM’s Annual Meeting, including identifying the destinations, onsite management of the meeting, and management of vendors and contractors.

Amy Metzgar, Meetings Administrator
Amy manages logistics pertaining to meeting registration, exhibits and sponsorship for the INMM Annual Meeting. She works with INMM’s Registration Subcommittee, and the Exhibits and Sponsorship Committee.
