Booth Price of $2,000 includes:

"Take One" displays will be set up in the exhibit hall (space permitting) or adjacent to the exhibit hall. Signs are not provided with a "Take One" display. Vendors may supply their own signs no larger than
22 x 28 inches.

Set Up/Dismantle

Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall, Sunday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. All exhibits must be installed by 3 p.m. for the exhibit hall opening and reception. Exhibits will be dismantled on Wednesday, July 19, noon – 2 p.m. Packing or dismantling of exhibit booths may not begin before noon on Wednesday, July 19.

Set Up/Dismantle
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall, Sunday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. All exhibits must be installed by 3 p.m. for the exhibit hall opening and reception. Exhibits will be dismantled on Wednesday, July 19, noon – 2 p.m. Packing or dismantling of exhibit booths may not begin before noon on Wednesday, July 19.

Official Contractor
All decorating and exhibit furniture will be handled by Freeman Decorating. The exhibitor services kit outlines prices and instructions for securing special lighting, wiring, water, gas, telephone or other special work. The exhibitor services kit will be emailed to exhibitors after receipt of the enclosed exhibit space application/ contract.

Conflicting Events
The Exhibitors attending the INMM Annual Meeting will be required, as a condition of their participation, not to sponsor conflicting events. Conflicting events are scientific, educational or social meetings of interest and relevance to INMM attendees (including but not limited to receptions, presentations, seminars or workshops) that are scheduled during the same time frame encompassed by the INMM Annual Meeting technical program and annual meeting social events.

Meeting Program Advertising

The INMM Annual Meeting program is an ideal advertising medium to reach this select group. Complete with a comprehensive schedule of educational seminars and exhibit hall activities, the meeting program is a valuable resource attendees take home. Each year, the previous year’s advertisers will be given first right of refusal for their advertisements in the current year. Any advertisements that are released will be offered to all vendors at the time of the exhibitor prospectus mailing.
